                                           I Am

I am Cook Island Samoan

I wonder if I am from another island in the Cook Islands

I hear my family speaking Cook Island or Samoan

I see my friends playing fortnite with me

I want to become a rugby player when I grow up

I am Cook Island Samoan

I pretend I am scared but actually I am not 

I feel happy when I see my family or friends getting a reward 

I touch my cultural flags to show that I am a proud Cook Islander

I cry when I am getting picked on or when I'm sad

I am Cook Island Samoan

I understand when my family and friends are going through hard times

I say I love you to my parents 

I dream to be a good student one day

I try my best to succeed sometimes

I hope my dream will come true
